TP Spain, certificada como Great Place to Work, te ofrece la oportunidad de unirte, como Agente comercial telefónico, a un equipo sólido dentro de una de las principales multinacionales de bebidas.

Este puesto que brinda atención a clientes actuales del sector HORECA (Hoteles, Restaurantes, Cafés/Catering) para abastecerlos de los productos necesarios a través de la gestión de pedidos recogidos por emails y por teléfono (emisión y recepción de llamadas). Además, se realiza venta cruzada de otros productos. Debe proporcionar un servicio de calidad y excelencia en cada llamada. Se realiza atención en español y portugués.

Funciones principales:

Serás el punto de contacto entre el cliente y sus puntos de venta, utilizando interacciones comerciales para lograr el logro de objetivos, negociaciones efectivas y la correcta asignación de recursos (descuentos), alineados con la estrategia comercial y los niveles de servicio acordados.

Responsabilidades

Contactar con el 100% de los puntos de venta asignados diariamente.

Gestionar pedidos del clientes, devoluciones y cambios de forma precisa y eficiente.

Aumentar la inversión habitual del punto de venta utilizando los recursos disponibles (descuentos, promociones) y habilidades de negociación.

Facilitar toda la retroalimentación posible sobre posibles incidencias, oportunidades de negocio frente a la competencia, peticiones del cliente.

Atender consultas e inquietudes a través de canales telefónicos y de correo electrónico.

Diagnosticar y resolver los problemas de los clientes con prontitud para mejorar su satisfacción.

Manejo de las BBDD, herramientas, aplicaciones.

Requirements

  • Estudios secundarios (ESO o bachiller)
  • IMPRESCINDIBLE Castellano y Portugués Europeo (Portugal): nivel C1/C2.
  • Experiencia previa en ventas , con enfoque a resultados y motivación por superar objetivos.
  • Capacidad para identificar oportunidades y necesidades del cliente, gracias a una sólida comprensión del proceso comercial.
  • Capacidad para gestionar clientes con profesionalidad y empatía, buscando la solución adecuada para el cliente.
  • Buen nivel de comunicación oral y escrita, con actitud profesional.
  • Habilidad en el manejo informático y agilidad en el teclado.
  • Deseo de pertenecer a una gran compañía en la que puedas desarrollarte profesionalmente.

¿Qué ofrecemos?

  • CONTRATO IDEFINIDO de 35h/s y salario según convenio de Contact Center: 1.281,81 €/brutos al mes + plus de idiomas.
  • Trabajo de lunes a domingo , librando 2 fines de semanas al mes. Es decir 2 semanas se trabajan de lunes a viernes y se libra sábado y domingo. Y cuando se trabaje el fin de semana, se libra 2 días entre semana, de manera que el computo total de días trabajado en la semana sean 5.
  • Centro de trabajo en SEVILLA capital: Calle Economía, 9 (Pol. Ind. Ctra. Amarilla)- 41007 Sevilla.
  • Teletrabajo (1 semana al mes y los fines de semana que se trabaje)
  • Formación de 10 días remunerada.
