The posting

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a proactive and results-driven Indoor Sales Agent to join the Sales Department. The ideal candidate will have experience in telesales, lead generation, and customer communication, with strong persuasion and negotiation skills to convert prospects into sales opportunities and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound cold calls and handle incoming calls to identify potential customers and understand their needs.

* Introduce the company’s products and services, highlighting key features, benefits, and pricing.

* Identify decision-makers and gather relevant information about prospective clients.

* Research and qualify leads through social media, online directories, and other available sources.

* Follow up with prospects, handle objections, and persuade potential customers to move forward.

* Schedule appointments and meetings for the Sales Representatives.

* Record leads, customer interactions, and follow-up activities accurately in the CRM system.

* Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally while maintaining the company’s reputation.

* Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall sales pipeline and business growth.

Requirements

* At least 1 year of experience in telesales, telemarketing, indoor sales, or a similar sales/customer-facing role.

* Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, preferably in a phone-based sales environment.

* Working knowledge of CRM systems; familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.

* Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.

* Good command of English.

* Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.

* Ability to identify customer needs, build rapport, and maintain professional relationships.

* Persistent, organized, and results-oriented, with the ability to work toward sales targets.
