Κύριος ρόλος του Tender Specialist είναι να συμμετέχει στην ανάπτυξη της εταιρείας μέσα από την ανάλυση, οργάνωση και διεκπεραίωση διαγωνισμών που έχουν προκύψει τόσο από ευκαιρίες πώλησης που έχει δημιουργήσει η ομάδα πωλήσεων όσο και από ευκαιρίες που έχει εντοπίσει ο ίδιος με τα μέσα που του έχουν διατεθεί.

Κύριες αρμοδιότητες

  • Παρακολούθηση και αποδελτίωση διαγωνισμών που ανακοινώνονται σε ημερήσια βάση και πρόταση για συμμετοχή της εταιρίας ανάλογα με τις προτεραιότητες που του έχουν δοθεί από την Διεύθυνση Πωλήσεων.
  • Ανάλυση, αξιολόγηση και προετοιμασία διαγωνισμών σε συνεργασία με το Τμήμα Αγορών, Παραγωγής και το Τμήμα Πωλήσεων. Παρουσίαση των δεδομένων που έχουν συλλεχθεί και σύνταξη του προς κατάθεση φακέλου.
  • Παρακολούθηση του χρονοπρογραμματισμού του κάθε διαγωνισμού ώστε να υπάρχει επιτυχημένη τήρηση χρονοδιαγραμμάτων από όλους τους εμπλεκόμενους. Η παρακολούθηση αυτή τεκμηριώνεται με την ενημέρωση των κατάλληλων συστημάτων της εταιρείας ώστε η πληροφορία να είναι οργανωμένη και διαθέσιμη στους εμπλεκόμενους.
  • Παρακολούθηση της πορείας της αξιολόγησης του φακέλου που έχει κατατεθεί και γνώση του σταδίου της αξιολόγησης στο οποίο βρίσκεται. Σε περίπτωση που απαιτηθεί συνεργασία με νομικό σύμβουλό κατά την αξιολόγηση διαγωνισμού απαιτείται η προετοιμασία σύνοψης του διαγωνισμού για την υπεράσπιση των συμφερόντων της εταιρείας.
  • Στην περίπτωση κατακύρωσης του διαγωνισμού απαιτείται η προετοιμασία των απαραίτητων εγγράφων για την σύναψη σύμβασης ή ανάθεσης, ενημέρωση των εμπλεκόμενων και του συστήματος της εταιρείας. Ο κύκλος ζωής του διαγωνισμού ολοκληρώνεται με την επιστροφή των εγγυητικών, την ζήτηση βεβαιώσεων καλής εκτέλεσης και την αρχειοθέτησή τους.
  • Δημιουργία αναφορών, οι οποίες θα έχουν ως στόχο την ανατροφοδότηση της διεύθυνσης και των εμπλεκόμενων τμημάτων
  • Παρακολούθηση της διαθεσιμότητας των απαραίτητων δικαιολογητικών/πιστοποιητικών της εταιρείας για την διεκπεραίωση των διαγωνισμών

Requirements

Απαραίτητα προσόντα

  • Απαραίτητη προϋπηρεσία στη διαχείριση διαγωνισμών 3-5 έτη
  • Προϋπηρεσία σε ναυτιλιακό τομέα θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν.
  • Πτυχίο στη Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων ή παρεμφερή
  • Εξαιρετικά αγγλικά σε γραπτό και προφορικό λόγο
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση MS Office.
  • Καλή γνώση S1 ERP ή παρόμοιου λογισμικού θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν.
  • Καλή γνώση σε πλατφόρμες διαγωνισμών όπως ΠΡΟΜΗΘΕΥΣ (ΕΣΗΔΗΣ, ΚΗΜΔΗΣ) κλπ
  • Προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια, μεθοδολογική προσέγγιση, τήρηση χρονοδιαγραμμάτων
  • Ικανότητα στην ανάπτυξη ισχυρών και αποτελεσματικών διαπροσωπικών σχέσεων
