We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Territory Incharge (TI) to manage business growth and sales operations across an assigned territory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing the dealer network, driving channel sales, identifying new business opportunities, and strengthening relationships with channel partners.
The role requires strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage dealers and distributors effectively. The candidate will play a key role in achieving revenue targets, expanding market presence, and ensuring consistent business growth within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the assigned territory by developing effective business development and sales strategies.
- Identify, appoint, onboard, and manage dealers, distributors, and channel partners to expand market reach.
- Drive channel sales by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop strong relationships with existing dealers and identify opportunities to increase business volumes.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand customer requirements, competitor activities, pricing trends, and market opportunities.
- Generate new business opportunities through market mapping, lead generation, referrals, and channel expansion.
- Ensure proper product availability and distribution across the assigned territory.
- Work closely with dealers to improve secondary sales, customer engagement, and overall market penetration.
- Monitor dealer performance, sales pipelines, stock levels, and revenue contribution.
- Negotiate commercial terms with channel partners while maintaining healthy business relationships and profitability.
- Conduct product presentations, dealer meetings, promotional activities, and market activation programs.
- Coordinate with internal teams including sales, marketing, supply chain, finance, and customer support to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare regular sales reports, territory updates, forecasts, and competitor analysis for management.
- Resolve dealer and customer issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Track market trends and recommend strategies for improving sales performance and expanding the dealer network.
Must-Have Skills
- Dealer Management: Strong experience in developing, managing, and expanding dealer/distributor networks.
- Business Development: Proven ability to identify new markets, acquire channel partners, and generate incremental revenue.
- Channel Sales: Strong understanding of channel-driven sales models, territory management, distribution, and secondary sales.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
- Strong target orientation with the ability to consistently achieve sales and revenue objectives.
- Good understanding of market mapping, competitor analysis, and sales forecasting.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should have 3–10 years of experience in sales, business development, territory management, dealer management, or channel sales. Experience in a dealer/distributor-led business environment will be highly preferred.
The candidate should be proactive, commercially aware, and comfortable with extensive market travel. A strong understanding of the local market and an established network of dealers or distributors will be an added advantage.
