The posting

  • Piloter la performance de la zone : Élaborer et déployer la stratégie commerciale afin d’atteindre les objectifs de volumes, marges, trésorerie, rentabilité et croissance.
  • Optimiser la performance et la productivité des sites : Identifier les écarts et opportunités et mettre en œuvre des plans d’amélioration adaptés aux besoins de chaque site.
  • Piloter et développer la performance des gérants : Accompagner, coacher, motiver et responsabiliser les gérants afin de garantir une croissance rentable, l’excellence opérationnelle et la satisfaction client.
  • Assurer une présence régulière sur le terrain : Effectuer des visites fréquentes, contrôler le respect des standards, identifier les problèmes et assurer le suivi des actions correctives dans les délais.
  • Garantir la sécurité, la conformité et la continuité des opérations : Veiller au respect des exigences HSSE, réglementaires, contractuelles et opérationnelles, tout en assurant la disponibilité des produits et des équipements.
  • Garantir une expérience client conforme aux standards de la marque : Veiller à la qualité du service, à la propreté des sites, à la présentation du personnel, à la disponibilité des produits et au respect des standards de la marque.
  • Gérer les talents et les situations de sous-performance : Participer à la sélection et à la succession des gérants, développer leurs compétences et mettre en œuvre des plans de redressement lorsque les performances sont insuffisantes.
  • Protéger les intérêts de l’entreprise et assurer le reporting : Préserver les actifs, marges, créances, réputation et droits contractuels de l’entreprise, tout en fournissant un reporting fiable sur les performances, risques, opportunités et actions engagées.

Requirements

  • Être titulaire au minimum d’un Bac+4 en gestion commerciale, finance ou dans tout autre domaine connexe.
  • Justifier d’au moins 2 années d’expérience pertinente dans les domaines de la vente, des opérations de distribution, de la gestion de zone/territoire ou du développement commercial.
  • Une certification professionnelle en vente et gestion des comptes clés, gestion de projet, Supply Chain et Logistique constitue un atout.
  • Démontrer une solide capacité à gérer efficacement les partenaires commerciaux, à analyser les performances et à atteindre les objectifs en matière de ventes, de marges, de fonds de roulement, d’excellence opérationnelle et de satisfaction client.
  • Faire preuve d’une forte intégrité professionnelle, d’excellentes capacités de communication et d’une bonne maîtrise des outils digitaux.
  • Être fortement engagé dans le respect des exigences HSSE ainsi que des règles et procédures de conformité.
  • Posséder un permis de conduire valide et être disposé à effectuer des déplacements fréquents sur le terrain et dans la zone de responsabilité.
  • Être organisé, rigoureux, autonome et orienté résultats.
