In North Central Wisconsin, that person could be you.

K-Tech Kleening & Restoration Systems is hiring an outside salesperson to become the name property managers, contractors, and insurance professionals think of first — before they ever need us.

The Role

This isn't inside sales, and it isn't order-taking.

You'll spend your week in the field — meeting property managers, walking into local businesses, and building the kind of reputation that gets you called before a competitor even hears the job exists.

Restoration work isn't scheduled. It happens. The salesperson who's already known and trusted gets the call. That's the position you're building toward.

Your Territory

Your territory covers Wausau, Rhinelander, Door County, and the surrounding North Central Wisconsin market. You'll be developing relationships with:

• General Contractors

• Commercial Property Owners

• HVAC Contractors

• Plumbers

• Property Managers

• Facility Managers

• Insurance Agents & Adjusters

• Local Business Leaders

• Other Professional Referral Partners

Every one of them eventually needs a restoration partner. Your job is to make sure it's already decided before the emergency happens.

• Prospecting new referral partners and accounts

• Introducing yourself and the company face-to-face

• Meeting decision-makers and building rapport

• Following up on every relationship, every time

• Logging activity and opportunities in CRM

• Handing off active projects to the operations team

• Building a pipeline that grows month over month

Requirements

Is This You?

We're not looking for someone who wants to be told exactly what to do every day. We're looking for someone who wants to own a market.

• 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience

• Comfortable introducing yourself to strangers, in person

• Genuinely enjoys people and remembers details about them

• Persistent about follow-up without being pushy

• Can manage a territory with minimal day-to-day oversight

• Organized enough to keep a CRM current

• Wants a reputation, not just a paycheck

Restoration experience helps, but it's not required. We're hiring for the ability to earn trust — we can train the technical side.
