Descrizione del ruolo

Il/La Tornitore CNC Bordo Macchina sarà inserito all'interno del reparto lavorazioni meccaniche e si occuperà della conduzione e gestione di torni CNC destinati alla produzione di componenti di grandi dimensioni destinati al settore Oil & Gas.

La risorsa sarà responsabile dell'attrezzaggio della macchina, dell'esecuzione delle lavorazioni e del controllo dimensionale dei pezzi, garantendo il rispetto delle specifiche tecniche e degli elevati standard qualitativi richiesti dal settore.

Il ruolo prevede:

  • Attrezzaggio e conduzione di torni CNC per lavorazioni su grossi diametri;
  • Esecuzione delle lavorazioni secondo disegno meccanico;
  • Controllo qualità dimensionale dei componenti prodotti;
  • Monitoraggio del corretto funzionamento della macchina;
  • Collaborazione con Produzione e Qualità per il miglioramento delle prestazioni produttive.

Responsabilità principali

  • Attrezzare e condurre torni CNC per la lavorazione di particolari meccanici di grandi dimensioni;
  • Richiamare e modificare programmi esistenti a bordo macchina;
  • Interpretare correttamente il disegno tecnico e le specifiche di lavorazione;
  • Effettuare il set-up utensili e l'azzeramento della macchina;
  • Monitorare il ciclo di lavorazione intervenendo in caso di anomalie;
  • Effettuare controlli dimensionali mediante strumenti di misura;
  • Garantire il rispetto delle tolleranze richieste dal cliente;
  • Compilare la documentazione produttiva e qualitativa prevista;
  • Collaborare con il reparto manutenzione per la gestione delle eventuali problematiche tecniche;
  • Operare nel rispetto delle procedure di sicurezza aziendali.

Formazione

🎓 Diploma tecnico a indirizzo Meccanico, Meccatronico o titolo equivalente.

Esperienza

  • Esperienza di almeno 3-5 anni come Tornitore CNC bordo macchina;
  • Esperienza nelle lavorazioni su pezzi di grandi dimensioni e grossi calibri;
  • Provenienza preferibilmente da aziende operanti nei settori Oil & Gas, Energy, Valvole, Impiantistica o Meccanica Pesante;
  • Consolidata esperienza nella lettura del disegno tecnico meccanico.

Competenze tecniche

  • Ottima capacità di utilizzo di torni CNC;
  • Conoscenza delle lavorazioni di tornitura su materiali metallici ad elevata resistenza;
  • Capacità di modificare quote e parametri a bordo macchina;
  • Utilizzo di strumenti di misura quali calibro, micrometro, alesametro e comparatore;
  • Conoscenza delle tolleranze dimensionali e geometriche;
  • Capacità di effettuare controlli dimensionali durante il ciclo produttivo;
  • Familiarità con gli standard qualitativi richiesti dal settore Oil & Gas.

Costituirà titolo preferenziale la conoscenza dei controlli numerici Fanuc, Siemens o Heidenhain.
