L'azienda:

La realtà opera nel settore della meccanica di precisione e della produzione di componentistica meccanica, distinguendosi per elevati standard qualitativi e per l'utilizzo di tecnologie avanzate nelle lavorazioni CNC.

Il ruolo:

In qualità di Tornitore CNC, sarai inserito nel reparto lavorazioni meccaniche e ti occuperai della conduzione e programmazione di torni CNC, sia a testa fissa con e senza utensili motorizzati sia a fantina mobile.

Responsabilità principali:

  • Eseguire lavorazioni di tornitura su torni CNC a testa fissa e fantina mobile.
  • Programmare e modificare programmi CNC su controllo Fanuc.
  • Effettuare attrezzaggi, piazzamenti e settaggi macchina.
  • Interpretare correttamente il disegno tecnico meccanico.
  • Eseguire controlli dimensionali e qualitativi dei particolari prodotti.
  • Verificare la conformità dei pezzi rispetto a tolleranze e specifiche tecniche.
  • Collaborare con produzione e qualità per l'ottimizzazione dei processi produttivi.

Requisiti:

· Diploma di Perito Meccanico/Meccatronico o titolo equivalente.

· Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di Tornitore CNC.

· Ottima conoscenza del disegno tecnico meccanico (viste, sezioni, tolleranze dimensionali e geometriche).

· Solida conoscenza della tecnologia di asportazione truciolo.

· Ottima capacità di programmazione CNC su controllo Fanuc.

· Esperienza nelle lavorazioni su torni CNC a testa fissa e/o fantina mobile.

· Buona conoscenza del controllo numerico Fanuc (modello 31i).

· Conoscenza del controllo Grundig o sistemi equivalenti per torni a testa fissa (gradita ma non indispensabile).

· Ottima dimestichezza con i principali strumenti di misura, quali calibri, micrometri e strumenti per il controllo dimensionale.

· Capacità di eseguire controlli dimensionali e qualitativi sul prodotto lavorato.

· Autonomia nella lettura e interpretazione del disegno tecnico e nella verifica della conformità del pezzo finito.
