Descrizione del ruolo

La figura selezionata sarà inserita all'interno del reparto produttivo e si occuperà della conduzione, attrezzaggio e gestione di torni CNC, garantendo il rispetto degli standard qualitativi, delle tempistiche produttive e delle specifiche tecniche richieste dal cliente.

Il ruolo prevede:

  • Attrezzaggio e conduzione di macchine utensili CNC;
  • Esecuzione delle lavorazioni nel rispetto dei cicli produttivi;
  • Controllo qualità dimensionale dei particolari lavorati;
  • Collaborazione con il reparto qualità e con l'ufficio tecnico per la risoluzione di eventuali problematiche produttive.

Responsabilità principali

  • Attrezzare e avviare torni CNC secondo le specifiche di produzione;
  • Effettuare il cambio utensili e la correzione dei parametri macchina;
  • Monitorare il corretto andamento della lavorazione;
  • Eseguire controlli dimensionali tramite strumenti di misura;
  • Garantire il rispetto degli standard qualitativi e dei tempi di produzione;
  • Segnalare eventuali anomalie o non conformità;
  • Collaborare alle attività di miglioramento continuo del processo produttivo;
  • Compilare la documentazione di produzione prevista dalle procedure aziendali;
  • Assicurare il rispetto delle norme di sicurezza e delle procedure operative interne.

Requirements

Requisiti

Formazione

🎓 Diploma tecnico preferibilmente in ambito meccanico, meccatronico o equivalente.

Esperienza

  • Esperienza di almeno 2-3 anni nel ruolo di Tornitore CNC;
  • Capacità di attrezzaggio e conduzione di torni a controllo numerico;
  • Buona capacità di lettura del disegno meccanico;
  • Esperienza nell'utilizzo degli strumenti di misura dimensionali;
  • Conoscenza delle principali lavorazioni meccaniche di precisione.

Competenze tecniche

  • Lettura del disegno meccanico;
  • Utilizzo di calibro, micrometro, alesametro e comparatore;
  • Conoscenza delle tolleranze dimensionali e geometriche;
  • Capacità di effettuare controlli qualità in autonomia;
  • Gradita conoscenza dei linguaggi di programmazione CNC (Fanuc, Siemens o equivalenti);
  • Familiarità con gli strumenti informatici di base.
