We are looking for a Trainee, Welcome Ambassador to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.

In this position, you will welcome and assist guests throughout their arrival and departure, escorting them to and from their accommodations and helping them feel comfortable and welcomed while familiarizing them with the hotel and its facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests according to brand standards and direct them to Reception.
  • Handle, secure and deliver guest luggage safely, providing valet services when required.
  • Escort guests to their rooms and provide relevant information about the hotel and facilities.
  • Respond to guest questions and escalate concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
  • Stay informed about daily functions, events, VIPs and group arrivals.
  • Report guest, group and technical issues, and ensure equipment is well maintained.
  • Follow all health & safety rules, hotel policies, SOPs and brand standards.

Requirements

  • Currently studying Hotel Management, Hospitality or a related field.
  • Knowledge of the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program will be considered an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of Opera PMS and MS Office.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Good command of English and the local language; an additional language is considered an advantage.
