We are looking for a Trainee, Welcome Desk to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.

In this position, you will support the Welcome Desk team in delivering a warm and welcoming guest experience while developing your communication, organizational and multitasking skills within a luxury hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

  • Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and professionally.
  • Participate in daily briefings and training sessions.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of room categories, rates, packages, promotions and hotel offerings.
  • Follow Marriott and Costa Navarino brand standards and service procedures.
  • Anticipate and respond to guests’ needs proactively, effectively and promptly.
  • Maintain a professional, welcoming and service-oriented environment at all times.
  • Build strong working relationships and communicate effectively with all hotel departments.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop.
  • Knowledge of an additional foreign language will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Kind, respectful and pleasant personality.
