The posting

Work Location: Makati

Work setup: Onsite; Hybrid upon Regularization

The Training Sales Consultant is responsible for selling training services and actively supporting the delivery of training courses from pre-sales to post-sales. The role ensures that training offerings meet market demands and customer requirements. The Training Sales Consultant will work closely with the Education Center Manager and other departments to deliver product presentations, conduct client meetings, and develop business opportunities with the goal of driving revenue for the Education Center.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead & Revenue Generation

  • Promote and sell training courses through cold calling, client meetings, events, networking, and other business development activities.
  • Develop and qualify leads and implement appropriate sales strategies to convert opportunities and close deals.
  • Consistently work toward achieving assigned sales and revenue targets.

Product Knowledge

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the Education Center’s product portfolio, including training courses, certification exams, and Academic Adoption programs.
  • Understand product features, benefits, target markets, customer needs, and relevant market trends.

Market Analysis

  • Analyze market and industry trends within assigned segments to identify potential business opportunities.

Strategy & Coordination

  • Collaborate closely with the Technical, Marketing, and Training teams to develop effective sales and product positioning strategies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure customer requirements are addressed and revenue targets are consistently achieved.

Customer Support & Relationship Building

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospective customers. •
  • Provide customer support related to assigned products and services, including licensing, product demonstrations, installation, basic product knowledge, and inquiries.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the pre-sales and post-sales process.

Administrative & Sales Reporting

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, costings, and other internal documents required to support and close sales.
  • Monitor sales forecasts, pipeline activities, and account opportunities.
  • Prepare reports and track sales performance against assigned targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, IT, or any related field.
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in AEC, Manufacturing, Technical Sales, or a related industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing new business opportunities.
  • Strong ability to work under pressure in a target-driven and fast-paced business environment.
  • Extensive experience in customer service, client relationship management, and public relations.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in direct selling and product sales.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively with different teams.
