Position Type: Full-Time, Remote Working Hours: U.S. Business Hours Industry: Residential Real Estate

About the Role

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a detail-oriented Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to manage the administrative, documentation, and compliance side of California residential real estate transactions.

This is an operations-focused role requiring strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple transactions at different stages simultaneously.

If you understand California real estate transactions and know how to keep files, deadlines, disclosures, and stakeholders organized from contract to closing, this role is a strong fit.

  • Close-of-escrow dates
  • Proactively monitor deadlines and alert agents when action is required

  • Support documentation involving forms such as:
  • Transfer Disclosure Statement (TDS)

  • Support agents with transaction-related administrative documentation

Closing & Transaction Support

  • Coordinate additional transaction items such as:
  • Home warranty orders
  • Repair documentation

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
