CodeNinja is looking for a Transformation Office Governance Lead.

About the Role

To embed the Transformation Office in the domain's delivery model — governing the domain's governance cadence, prioritization and quarterly commitments, and giving the Transformation Office a live, unfiltered view of delivery. Reports to the Transformation Office; sits in the domain leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Chair the domain scrum of scrums and represent the domain in the cross-domain forum, driving blockers and actions to closure.
  • Oversee domain prioritization — challenge new demand, arbitrate trade-offs, keep the backlog ranked on value and capacity.
  • Provide end-to-end QBR support: data pack, narrative, prioritization case, capacity plan and dependency map.
  • Ensure adherence to QBR outcomes — translate decisions into roadmap, OKRs and squad backlogs and track them through the quarter.
  • Track delivery of the domain's strategic projects against the committed roadmap — milestones, dependencies, spend and benefits.
  • Report delivery drift early, with root cause, impact on QBR commitments and a recovery plan.
  • Orchestrate cross-domain collaboration on shared platforms, data, sequencing and shared squads.
  • Enforce Transformation Office governance and reporting standards as the single source of truth.
  • Escalate unresolved conflicts, capacity shortfalls and slippage.

Requirements

Experience

  • 10+ years in transformation delivery, strategic project or portfolio management, or agile-at-scale program leadership.
  • Track record of running governance cadences — scrum of scrums, quarterly planning — across multiple squads.
  • Experience preparing and presenting quarterly business reviews to executive forums.
  • Proven ability to resolve cross-functional dependencies and challenge senior stakeholders.

Knowledge

  • Enterprise transformation operating model and the domain delivery model.
  • Agile-at-scale governance, scrum of scrums, QBR, and roadmaps.
  • Strategic project and portfolio tracking — milestones, spend, benefits.
  • Delivery metrics and tooling — Jira / Azure DevOps, throughput, burn-up.

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, engineering, information technology or a related field.
  • Agile-at-scale certification preferred — SAFe (RTE / SPC), agile coaching, PMP / PgMP.
