À propos du mandat : Services SFT est à la recherche d’un(e) Travailleur(se) social(e) afin d’occuper un mandat au sein de la DPJ à Blanc-Sablon. Vous aurez l’opportunité de travailler auprès d’une clientèle variée dans un environnement stimulant et enrichissant au sein du réseau de la santé.

Responsabilités principales : • Évaluer la situation psychosociale des usagers et de leur famille • Intervenir auprès de la clientèle jeunesse dans un contexte DPJ • Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des plans d’intervention adaptés • Assurer un accompagnement professionnel et un soutien psychosocial aux usagers • Collaborer avec les différents intervenants du réseau afin d’assurer la continuité des services • Participer aux démarches d’évaluation et d’orientation des dossiers

Exigences : • Baccalauréat en travail social ou en service social • Être membre en règle de l’Ordre des travailleurs sociaux et des thérapeutes conjugaux et familiaux du Québec (OTSTCFQ) • Expérience récente et pertinente en DPJ • Bilinguisme obligatoire (français et anglais) • Permis de conduire valide • Véhicule requis • Être autonome, respectueux(se), ouvert(e) d’esprit et à l’aise avec les outils informatiques

Orientation : • Formation d’orientation de 3 jours prévue à l’arrivée
