The posting

Nous recherchons des Travailleurs Sociaux ayant de l'expérience probante en centre de jeunesse et/ou en DPJ pour rejoindre notre équipe a Sept-Iles en Cote nord

Mission Principale :

- Accueillir et évaluer les besoins des individus et familles et planifier l'intervention appropriée

- Participer à la mise en place et à la coordination de services et programmes sociaux

- Collaborer avec d'autres professionnels de la santé pour assurer une approche multidisciplinaire

- Fournir un soutien psychosocial aux individus et familles, en les aidant à surmonter des difficultés personnelles ou sociales

Tâches et responsabilités :

- Effectuer des évaluations initiales des situations en fonction des demandes et besoins des individus et familles

- Planifier et mettre en œuvre des plans d'intervention personnalisés

- Analyser les besoins des individus et familles et les orienter vers les services et ressources appropriés

- Fournir du soutien émotionnel et psychologique aux individus et familles en difficulté

- Collaborer avec des organismes communautaires pour coordonner les services et optimiser les ressources disponibles

- Tenir à jour des dossiers rigoureux et précis des interventions effectuées

Requis :

- Détenir un diplôme universitaire baccalauréat en travail social

- Faire partie de l'ordre professionnel

- Expérience de travail pertinente dans le domaine du travail social

- Connaissance approfondie des lois et politiques sociales

- Excellentes compétences en communication et en écoute active

- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe

- Sens de l'empathie, de l'écoute et de l'empathie envers les individus et familles en difficulté

- Permis de conduire valide et voiture : Oui
