Treasury Operations Specialist

Περιγραφή Θέσης

Ο/Η Treasury Operations Specialist θα είναι υπεύθυνος/η για την καθημερινή παρακολούθηση των ταμειακών διαθεσίμων, τη διαχείριση και εκτέλεση πληρωμών, τη συνεργασία με τα τραπεζικά ιδρύματα και την υποστήριξη του προγραμματισμού των ταμειακών ροών.

Οι κύριες αρμοδιότητες της θέσης περιλαμβάνουν:

  • Καθημερινή παρακολούθηση των τραπεζικών λογαριασμών και των διαθέσιμων ταμειακών διαθεσίμων των εταιρειών του Ομίλου.
  • Παρακολούθηση των οικονομικών υποχρεώσεων και οργάνωση και εκτέλεση των προγραμμάτων πληρωμών, διασφαλίζοντας την τήρηση των εγκεκριμένων διαδικασιών και των σχετικών προθεσμιών.
  • Συνεργασία με τραπεζικά ιδρύματα για την ομαλή και έγκαιρη εκτέλεση των συναλλαγών και παρακολούθηση των τραπεζικών κινήσεων και συμφωνιών.
  • Διασφάλιση της συμμόρφωσης των διαδικασιών πληρωμών με την ισχύουσα νομοθεσία και τις εσωτερικές πολιτικές του Οργανισμού.
  • Υποστήριξη στην παρακολούθηση της ρευστότητας και στον προγραμματισμό των ταμειακών ροών των εταιρειών του Ομίλου.
  • Τήρηση οργανωμένων και επικαιροποιημένων οικονομικών αρχείων και αναφορών.
  • Υποστήριξη στην εφαρμογή και βελτιστοποίηση των διαδικασιών Treasury, με στόχο την ενίσχυση της αποτελεσματικότητας, του εσωτερικού ελέγχου και της αυτοματοποίησης.

Requirements

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ Οικονομικών, Λογιστικής, Χρηματοοικονομικών ή συναφούς αντικειμένου.
  • Προϋπηρεσία 3–5 ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση.
  • Καλή γνώση λογιστικών και χρηματοοικονομικών αρχών.
  • Εξοικείωση με διαδικασίες πληρωμών, τραπεζικές συναλλαγές και ηλεκτρονικά τραπεζικά συστήματα.
  • Εμπειρία σε ERP και τραπεζικά συστήματα.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση και χρήση MS Excel.
  • Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών.
  • Ισχυρές οργανωτικές δεξιότητες και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια.
  • Υπευθυνότητα, συνέπεια και ακεραιότητα.
  • Ικανότητα αποτελεσματικής διαχείρισης προτεραιοτήτων και τήρησης προθεσμιών.
