Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is seeking a talented Turkish Solutions Consultant to join a prestigious client based in Sofia. Responsibilities

  • Engage with Turkish-speaking clients to comprehensively understand their business challenges and requirements.
  • Develop and recommend customized digital solutions aligned with client goals.
  • Conduct detailed product demonstrations and training sessions to empower clients in maximizing solution benefits.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective strategies that enhance client success.
  • Maintain and nurture strong, long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay informed about the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to provide clients with insightful advice.
  • Support clients in troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly to ensure seamless use of solutions.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Turkish and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
  • Proven experience in consultative roles, preferably within digital solutions or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, strategies, and current industry best practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with an ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple client engagements simultaneously.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness and ability to relocate to Sofia, supported by the relocation package.
