Job Overview

We are currently seeking a dynamic professional for the Turkish Speaking Solutions Consultant position in Bulgaria, based in the heart of vibrant Sofia. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced environment within the customer support services sector, where your language skills will bridge the gap between global brands and their valued clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality technical and customer support services to Turkish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for complex inquiries, ensuring effective problem-solving and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions within our internal CRM software.
  • Collaborate with international teams to optimize customer support services workflows and improve service standards.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to relevant departments to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative office culture by sharing industry knowledge and best practices.
  • Meet and exceed performance indicators established for all Turkish-speaking jobs within the firm.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Turkish (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
  • Proficiency in English to communicate effectively within our diverse international team.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset with previous experience in the customer support services sector.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for delivering excellence in communication.
  • Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate seamless employment in Bulgaria.
