Por encargo de nuestro cliente, estamos realizando esta búsqueda para la posición de: UI DESIGNER

Objetivo del Puesto:

Buscamos un UX/UI Designer generalista, para diseñar y evolucionar la experiencia visual de los productos digitales de una de las principales empresas de retail de Latinoamérica con más de 60 años de trayectoria y presencia en Chile, Argentina, Perú, Colombia, Brasil, Uruguay y Estados Unidos. Formarás parte de un proyecto de producto digital diseñado para que otras compañías lo adopten bajo su propia marca. Para esta búsqueda, la experiencia en implementación de IA dentro del flujo de trabajo de diseño es muy importante.

Responsabilidades:

  • Diseñar interfaces de alta fidelidad, claras, accesibles y consistentes en todos los puntos de contacto del producto.
  • Traducir necesidades de negocio y de usuario en soluciones de UI concretas, simples y escalables.
  • Incorporar herramientas de diseño nativas de IA y flujos guiados por prompts para acelerar la exploración de conceptos.
  • Prototipar soluciones para validar ideas, manteniendo el estándar de calidad.
  • Mantener y evolucionar el sistema de diseño como fuente única de verdad (componentes, tokens, patrones y guidelines).
  • Asegurar la correcta documentación del sistema de diseño y su adopción por parte de diseño y desarrollo.
  • Incorporar estándares de accesibilidad (WCAG) y mejorar de forma continua la usabilidad y coherencia del producto.
  • Colaborar estrechamente con Desarrollo para garantizar una implementación fiel al diseño, acompañando decisiones técnicas y reduciendo fricciones en el handoff.

Requirements

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia en implementación de IA dentro del flujo de trabajo de diseño (herramientas y flujos asistidos por IA).
  • Experiencia de +4 años en diseño de producto digital.
  • Experiencia trabajando en sistemas de diseño (tokens, librerías, Atomic Design).
  • Dominio avanzado de Figma (componentización y prototipado) y manejo de Figma Make.
  • Experiencia trabajando en equipos Agile/Scrum.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar de manera HÍBRIDO (1 veces a la semana en oficina, en Mall Alto Las Condes), de Lunes a Viernes en Santiago, Chile.
