Stiamo cercando una persona per il ruolo di UI & Product Designer che entrerà a far parte del del team di CX di Webranking.

Ruolo

Come UI & Product Designer affiancherai Service & UX Designers, Product e UI Designers, Researchers e UX Writers e ti occuperai di ideare e progettare prodotti digitali innovativi per un portfolio di clienti in continua crescita, molti dei quali internazionali.

Di cosa ti occuperai:

  • Progettazione end-to-end: dal concept visivo al prototipo interattivo, fino alla documentazione tecnica e all'handoff per i developer.
  • Gestione di Design System: creazione, manutenzione e sviluppo di librerie, componenti e risorse scalabili.
  • Consulenza e presentazione: racconto ed esplorazione delle scelte progettuali di fronte al team e ai clienti, motivando le decisioni prese con chiarezza e recependo i feedback.
  • Progettazione inclusiva: applicazione dei principi di usabilità e accessibilità (WCAG) e traduzione degli insight di ricerca UX in interfacce efficaci.

Requirements

Sei la persona che stiamo cercando se:

  • Sei un* Master di Figma: hai una profonda e sicura padronanza dello strumento (gestione avanzata di componenti, variabili, auto-layout e librerie complesse). Per noi questo è un punto cardine.
  • Hai familiarità con l'AI e la includi dal momento zero nel tuo day by day per velocizzare il processo creativo, esplorare soluzioni e sviluppare MVP in tempi rapidi.
  • Sai presentare le tue idee in modo chiaro al team e al cliente, con un approccio costruttivo, aperto al dialogo e al compromesso.
  • Hai un forte spirito di squadra e proattività, sai dare il tuo apporto di valore in teamworking con i colleghi ma sai anche muoverti in autonomia sulle tue attività.

Nice to have:

  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata)
  • Conoscenza della metodologia Agile applicata al design.
  • Precedente esperienza in team strutturati su prodotti digitali complessi.
  • Pregressa esperienza nella progettazione di app mobile.
  • Esperienza in ambito CRO testing (Conversion Rate Optimization / AB testing).
  • Familiarità con HTML, CSS, JavaScript e con le fasi di test e delivery.
  • Buona conoscenza di Google Analytics.
  • Buona conoscenza delle logiche SEO.
  • Curiosità, con una grande passione per le tematiche legate al design a 360°.

Cosa offriamo

Contratto di assunzione CCNL Commercio, range retributivo 26.000-34.000 euro lordi annui.
