La risorsa prescelta opererà all'interno di un contesto industriale strutturato, focalizzando il proprio operato su due macro-ambiti strategici:

1. L’ambito tipico di gestione ambientale e compliance, con un focus cruciale sull'anno di rinnovo dell'AIA, il mantenimento della certificazione ISO 14001 e i rapporti con gli enti di controllo esterni.

2. La gestione operativa e il controllo del processo di depurazione e dell'impianto di biometano, attraverso l'analisi dei dati, la correlazione dei parametri tecnici e l'implementazione di azioni correttive e migliorative.

La figura risponderà gerarchicamente alla Direzione di Stabilimento e funzionalmente al Consigliere Delegato per le tematiche ambientali.

1. Gestione, Mantenimento e Sviluppo dell’SGA (Sistema di Gestione Ambientale)

· Pianificare le attività ambientali annuali (ispezioni, visite per certificazioni, verifiche straordinarie, ecc.).

· Aggiornare, revisionare e gestire le procedure e i documenti del sistema di gestione ambientale.

· Valutare periodicamente le performance ambientali dello stabilimento tramite indicatori dedicati.

· Seguire ed eseguire lo svolgimento degli audit interni di sistema.

· Svolgere attività di reporting e monitoraggio sull’applicazione e sull’efficacia dell’SGA.

· Curare il mantenimento continuo dei requisiti della norma ISO 14001, gestendo i rapporti con l'ente di certificazione terzo e coordinando le visite di sorveglianza e rinnovo.

· Gestire tutto quanto necessario a mantenere costantemente a regime l’SGA.

2. Compliance Ambientale, Gestione AIA e Autorizzazioni

· Mantenere aggiornati i database dei dati ambientali, garantendone la completezza anche ai fini della reportistica obbligatoria verso gli enti.

· Tenere sotto controllo e rispettare le scadenze relative a comunicazioni, rinnovi, scadenze e canoni in materia ambientale.

· Gestire i rapporti con gli Enti locali e di controllo (principalmente Regione e ARPAT).

· Gestire i rapporti con enti esterni, laboratori di analisi, professionisti e consulenti.

· Gestire i campionamenti previsti dalle scadenze AIA e quelli inerenti ai vari temi specifici (es. odori, pulper, rumore, ecc.).

· Gestire l’iter tecnico-amministrativo per le autorizzazioni ambientali connesse a modifiche impiantistiche straordinarie.

3. Controllo di Processo, Depurazione e Biometano

· Seguire la produzione di biometano e l'andamento del processo di depurazione, correlando i dati tecnici prodotti.

· Formulare ipotesi correttive e migliorative di processo in accordo con la Direzione di Stabilimento.

4. Gestione dei Rifiuti Industriali

· Collaborare con il reparto amministrazione per la gestione dei flussi di rifiuti.

· Gestire operativamente lo smaltimento dei rifiuti prodotti dallo stabilimento (esclusa la frazione del pulper).

5. Sicurezza (HSE) e Formazione

· Partecipare attivamente alle attività del comitato sicurezza in merito alle tematiche ambientali.

· Collaborare con l'RSPP per la gestione dei prodotti chimici (tenuta archivi schede di sicurezza, valutazione dei rischi specifici, ecc.).

· Eseguire una parte della formazione iniziale dei neoassunti, registrando l’affiancamento e gli esami valutativi sul campo.

6. Gestione Energetica

· Collaborare con l’Energy Manager per lo scambio dei dati necessari ai calcoli di bilancio e consumo (es. consumi chimici, produzione di biogas, ecc.).
