Notre client recherche un/e Coordinateur(trice) Service Après-Vente.

Mission principale

Assurer la liaison entre les techniciens et les clients afin de garantir un service après-vente efficace, réactif et de qualité.

Responsabilités principales

- Réceptionner et traiter les demandes d'intervention des clients (réparations, entretien, dépannage)

- Planifier et coordonner les interventions des techniciens sur le terrain

- Assurer le suivi des dossiers clients jusqu'à la résolution complète du problème

- Communiquer avec les clients sur les délais d'intervention et l'avancement des réparations

- Faire le lien entre les équipes techniques et les clients pour clarifier les besoins et remonter les problèmes

- Tenir à jour les registres d'interventions, pièces utilisées, et historique client

- Gérer les priorités et les urgences en cas de forte demande

- Assurer un suivi de satisfaction client après intervention

Requirements

- Expérience préalable en service client, coordination ou support technique

- Excellent sens de l'organisation et gestion des priorités

- Bonnes capacités de communication (avec clients et équipe technique)

- À l'aise avec les outils informatiques (emails, tableurs, logiciels de gestion/CRM)

- Capacité à travailler sous pression et à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément

- Sens du service client et diplomatie

- Bilingue français/anglais (un atout)
