ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are excited to introduce the Unified Legacy Welding Academy, a comprehensive, hands-on training program designed to transform motivated individuals into skilled aluminum welders for our enclosure production team. No prior welding experience is required. Participants will receive four weeks of paid, hands-on instruction from experienced professionals, equipping them with the skills and confidence needed to succeed. Graduates who successfully complete the program and meet established performance standards will earn a guaranteed position on our enclosure production line, providing a clear pathway to a rewarding career with Unified Legacy.
This is a highly competitive opportunity, and candidates are selected through an assessment process rather than filled on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage interested applicants to apply early and put their strongest foot forward.
This program is currently focused on aluminum welding. As it grows, we expect to expand training to additional welding processes company-wide.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for candidates who are reliable, coachable, and ready to build a hands-on trade skill:

- Ability to stand, bend, and work with hand tools and equipment for extended periods in a shop/manufacturing environment.
- Reliable attendance for the full 4-week, Monday–Friday training schedule.
