Buscamos UX Designers (Senior y Semi Senior) con visión estratégica y creatividad para impulsar la transformación digital bancaria en Latinoamérica. Serás parte de un equipo remoto, multicultural y colaborativo, donde tus ideas tendrán impacto real en la experiencia de millones de usuarios.

Tu desafío será investigar, diseñar e innovar en soluciones digitales centradas en el usuario, trabajando con tecnologías y metodologías de vanguardia.

Requirements

Responsabilidades clave

  • Llevar adelante o colaborar en procesos completos de diseño UX: investigación, ideación, mapeo, prototipado y validación de productos y servicios digitales.
  • Realizar investigación con usuarios (entrevistas, encuestas, shadowing, focus group, etc.) para identificar oportunidades y necesidades reales.
  • Analizar datos y oportunidades a través de técnicas como FODA, benchmarking y mapeo de “pain points”.
  • Mapear experiencias: crear journeys, blueprints, flujos de usuario, ecosistemas, mapas de empatía y definición de personas.
  • Participar y/o facilitar sesiones de co-creación, workshops de Design Thinking y talleres de ideación con equipos multidisciplinarios.
  • Diseñar wireframes y prototipos de baja, media y alta fidelidad en Figma.
  • Realizar y documentar pruebas de usuario y análisis de experiencia, iterando propuestas con base en los resultados.
  • Presentar hallazgos, propuestas y soluciones a stakeholders y áreas de negocio.
  • Colaborar activamente en la definición de hojas de ruta, estrategias de producto y modelo de participación del cliente.

Requisitos:

  • 3+ años de experiencia comprobable en diseño de experiencias digitales, productos o servicios.
  • Formación en Diseño, UX/UI, Ingeniería, Comunicación, Sistemas o carreras afines (deseable).
  • Dominio avanzado de Figma (excluyente) para wireframes y prototipos.
  • Manejo de herramientas de colaboración: Miro, Mural, Figjam, Whiteboard.
  • Experiencia con herramientas de investigación/usabilidad: Optimal Workshop, Hotjar, Maze o equivalentes.
  • Conocimientos sólidos en: arquitectura de la información, journey mapping, service blueprints, design system, creación de personas y modelos de negocio.
  • Gestión de flujos, tareas de usuario (JBTD), análisis de brechas y benchmarking de producto/servicio.
  • Familiaridad con herramientas de gestión de proyectos: Jira, Confluence, y paquete Office 365.

  • Adaptabilidad y mentalidad de aprendizaje continuo.
  • Deseable: experiencia previa en banca, fintech o entornos de servicios financieros digitales.
