En Multiplica estamos buscando un UX Lead apasionado por la experiencia del usuario, el diseño estratégico y el liderazgo de equipos.

Esta persona será responsable de construir, hacer crecer y coordinar al equipo de Experience, garantizando la calidad de los entregables y promoviendo una cultura de excelencia y colaboración en toda la organización.

Responsabilidades

  • Liderar y coordinar los equipos de diseño y experiencia de usuario.
  • Brindar acompañamiento y mentoría continua a los diseñadores del equipo, promoviendo su desarrollo profesional.
  • Asegurar la calidad y coherencia de las soluciones de diseño entregadas en los diferentes proyectos.
  • Colaborar estrechamente con otros líderes, clientes y stakeholders para alinear el diseño con los objetivos estratégicos del negocio.
  • Ser la voz y principal defensor del equipo de Experience dentro de la organización.
  • Fomentar una cultura de excelencia, innovación y trabajo en equipo entre los diferentes equipos de la compañía.
  • Impulsar iniciativas que fortalezcan la práctica de diseño dentro de la compañía.

Requirements

  • 6 años o más como contribuidor individual como product designer, ux research, ux writer, o similar
  • 3 o más años en posiciones similares niveles lead.
  • Dominio de herramientas de diseño como Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, entre otras.
  • Conocimiento profundo de metodologías de diseño centrado en el usuario (UCD), Design Thinking y Agile.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, liderazgo y resolución de conflictos.
  • Pasión por el diseño, la experiencia del usuario y el impacto que pueden generar en los productos.
