Misión del rol

Como UX Writer serás un aliado creativo para el desarrollo de contenido atractivo, claro y entendible para nuestros usuarios.

El responsable de establecer la dirección estratégica, crear, manejar y organizar el contenido del producto en sus distintos puntos de contacto con el cliente. Es corresponsable de la facilidad de uso del producto en términos del contenido y micro-copy del producto.

Trabajarás directamente con los diseñadores UX, diseñadores visuales y product managers.

Responsabilidades

  • Escribir teniendo en cuenta la accesibilidad y la inclusión para adaptarse a los usuarios con diferentes capacidades
  • Redacción de textos de UX que tengan en cuenta la necesidad de traducción y localización a través de múltiples geografías y culturas
  • Crear micro copy que sea intuitivo para los usuarios, en consonancia con la voz de la marca, y que sea fácilmente comprensible para todos los usuarios de esa herramienta/aplicación.
  • Identificar oportunidades para la investigación de la experiencia del usuario (UX) relacionada con su trabajo y cómo el copy afecta a la experiencia de los usuarios.
  • Apoyar en la creación del diseño de la interfaz de usuario, la arquitectura y la funcionalidad de acuerdo con las mejores prácticas de usabilidad y diseño que cumple con los estándares y la compatibilidad para los usuarios
  • Apoyar a los equipos para identificar las tendencias actuales y las mejores prácticas que podrían influir en las decisiones de diseño para proyectos específicos.
  • Identificar cómo debe medirse el éxito de los diseños propuestos para un proyecto determinado
  • Asistir al equipo en la preparación de los materiales de presentación y garantizar que la experiencia general cumpla con los estándares de la marca
  • Mantener el conocimiento de las tendencias emergentes y proponer nuevas soluciones tecnológicas al equipo

Requirements

  • +3 años experiencia relacionada con la escritura y diseño, incluido la interfaz de usuario y el diseño visual, con sólidos conocimientos de diseño de interacción, arquitectura de sitios y heurística.
  • Escribir con claridad, coherencia, precisión y conciencia de sí mismo con un enfoque en la gramática y la ortografía
  • Gran conocimiento de las técnicas de diseño de wireframes y de los principios implicados en la producción de prototipos conceptuales.
  • Experiencia en prototipado, wireframing y testing (Sketch,InVision, Figma, XD, Marvel, etc.).
  • Experiencia trabajando con metodologías ágiles y Lean.
  • Conocimiento práctico en principios de usabilidad, arquitectura de información, sistemas de diseño.
  • Debe estar orientado a los detalles, ser organizado y tener experiencia profesional en la colaboración ágil
  • Gran capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas, priorizar e incorporar el feedback de forma creativa.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y organización
