Unsere stationären Batterieanlagen ermöglichen Menschen das sichere Verlassen von Gebäuden, sorgen in Krankenhäusern für einen reibungslosen OP-Betrieb und schützen Anlagen sowie Produktionsprozesse.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir am Standort Gera einen Vertriebsmitarbeiter (m/w/d)

Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

  • Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen
  • Umsetzung von Verkaufsstrategien zur Erreichung der Verkaufsziele
  • Eigenständige Planung und Durchführung von Verkaufsgesprächen sowie
  • Präsentationen unserer Produkte und Dienstleistungen
  • Selbstständige Tourenplanung und -organisation
  • Teilnahme an Messen und Events
  • Erstellung von Angeboten und Vertragsverhandlungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertriebsinnendienst
  • Marktbeobachtung, Analyse von Kundenbedürfnissen und Wettbewerbsaktivitäten

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich, idealerweise mit technischem Schwerpunkt
  • Interesse, Motivation und Eigeninitiative
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Überzeugungsfähigkeit
  • Sicheres Auftreten und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
