The posting

City Wide is seeking a strategic, growth-minded Vice President of Enterprise Account Management to lead and scale our enterprise client relationships across the system. This executive leader will establish the vision, strategy, and operating rhythm for Enterprise Account Management while strengthening client retention, expanding existing account relationships, and driving system-wide revenue growth.

This is an opportunity for an accomplished sales or account management leader to build executive-level partnerships with national and regional customers, develop a high-performing team, and align enterprise account strategy with franchise operations and exceptional service delivery.

What You’ll Do

As the Vice President of Enterprise Account Management, you will own the strategic direction, financial performance, and continued growth of City Wide’s Enterprise Account Management function.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Set the strategic vision, priorities, goals, and long-term growth roadmap for Enterprise Account Management.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Enterprise Account Management team, including the Director of Enterprise Account Management, Enterprise Account Managers, Customer Service Representative, and Data Analyst roles.
  • Partner closely with the Senior Vice President of Field Operations and franchise leadership to ensure enterprise account growth aligns with operational capacity, service standards, and client expectations.
  • Oversee the enterprise account pipeline and establish disciplined processes for lead qualification, conversion, onboarding, expansion, retention, and renewal.
  • Own department budgeting, forecasting, P&L performance, profitability, and revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with enterprise account decision-makers, positioning City Wide as a trusted long-term partner.
  • Identify opportunities to expand the number and value of locations awarded within existing enterprise client relationships.
  • Evaluate market trends, customer needs, competitive positioning, and emerging growth opportunities to inform enterprise account strategy.
  • Ensure Quarterly Business Reviews are high quality, consistently executed, and focused on client value, retention, and expansion.
  • Represent City Wide’s enterprise solutions with key national and regional accounts and provide leadership on complex, high-value, or strategic opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Legal, Franchise Support, Operations, and other internal partners to deliver a consistent client experience from sale through onboarding and ongoing service.
  • Establish, monitor, and report key performance indicators to executive leadership.
  • Strengthen franchise engagement and confidence in the Enterprise Account Management program.
  • Travel approximately 30% to support enterprise customers, franchise partners, strategic meetings, and team development.

How Success Is Measured

Success in this role will be measured through meaningful business, client, and team outcomes, including:

  • Year-over-year and quarter-over-quarter revenue growth from enterprise accounts across the City Wide system.
  • Number and value of new enterprise account locations awarded within the existing client base.
  • Enterprise account retention, renewal, satisfaction, and expansion rates.
  • Enterprise Account Management team performance against department scorecard goals.
  • Franchise engagement, adoption, and satisfaction with the Enterprise Account Management program.
  • Budget performance, forecast accuracy, profitability, and achievement of revenue targets.
  • Quality, consistency, and business impact of enterprise account Quarterly Business Reviews.

Requirements

What You Bring

The ideal candidate is an experienced, commercially minded leader who can turn strategy into disciplined execution. You are equally comfortable engaging C-suite customers, coaching account management talent, reviewing financial performance, and partnering with operational leaders to deliver on commitments.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive sales, strategic account management, customer success, or business development leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated success leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Proven experience building, scaling, or transforming an enterprise, national accounts, strategic accounts, or key account management function.
  • Strong background managing P&L performance, budgets, forecasting, profitability, and revenue targets.
  • Ability to build credibility and influence with senior executives and C-suite decision-makers.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-location client relationships and long sales or service cycles.
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, negotiation, and executive communication skills.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to translate a long-term vision into clear priorities, measurable plans, and consistent execution.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to guide account strategy, performance management, and business decisions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as CRM systems.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in a multi-location, franchise, facilities services, business services, or other service-based industry.
  • Experience supporting distributed field operations or franchise partners.
  • Experience selling or managing enterprise relationships across national and regional markets.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
