Il Ruolo

La risorsa rappresenta il principale punto di supporto del Direttore di Ristorante, affiancandolo nella gestione operativa e organizzativa del punto vendita.

Figura senior di sala, il/la Vice Direttore/trice garantisce elevati standard di servizio, coordina il team durante le attività quotidiane e contribuisce al raggiungimento degli obiettivi del locale, mantenendo sempre massima attenzione all'esperienza del cliente.

Attività principali

● Supportare il Direttore nella gestione quotidiana del ristorante .

● Coordinare e supervisionare il servizio di sala garantendo qualità, efficienza e attenzione al cliente.

● Pianificare e organizzare i turni di lavoro del personale.

● Gestire operativamente il servizio durante i momenti di maggiore affluenza.

● Effettuare le operazioni di apertura e chiusura cassa.

● Supportare il Direttore nella gestione degli ordini e degli approvvigionamenti.

● Affiancare il management nella gestione, motivazione e formazione della squadra.

● Garantire il rispetto delle procedure aziendali e degli standard di servizio.

● Intervenire nella gestione di eventuali criticità operative o legate alla customer experience.

● Sostituire il Direttore in sua assenza, garantendo la continuità operativa del punto vendita.

Requirements

Si ricercano persone dinamiche, organizzate e orientate al cliente, con esperienza consolidata nella ristorazione .

Requisiti richiesti:

● Esperienza significativa nel servizio di sala (ristorazione classica o ristorazione organizzata) e nella gestione della clientela a 360°.

● Esperienza pregressa in ruoli di coordinamento all'interno di contesti di ristorazione .

● Capacità di gestione e pianificazione del personale.

● Leadership operativa e capacità di lavorare per obiettivi.

● Ottime doti relazionali, organizzative e di problem solving.

● Attitudine alla formazione e allo sviluppo delle risorse.

● Flessibilità oraria e disponibilità al lavoro su turni, weekend e festivi.
