Ο Υπάλληλος Γενικών Καθηκόντων θα είναι υπεύθυνος για την υποστήριξη των καθημερινών λειτουργιών του ξενοδοχείου, συμβάλλοντας στη διασφάλιση της άριστης εμπειρίας των επισκεπτών.

Ο ιδανικός υποψήφιος πρέπει να είναι επικοινωνιακός, ευέλικτος και να έχει τη δυνατότητα να διαχειρίζεται ποικιλία καθηκόντων σύμφωνα με τις απαιτήσεις των επισκεπτών και της διοίκησης.

Καθήκοντα και Ευθύνες:

  • Πραγματοποίηση καθημερινών εργασιών και καθαρισμού στους κοινόχρηστους χώρους.
  • Παροχή βοήθειας στους επισκέπτες για τυχόν αιτήματα ή ερωτήσεις σχετικά με τις εγκαταστάσεις και τις υπηρεσίες του ξενοδοχείου.
  • Συνεργασία με άλλες ομάδες του ξενοδοχείου για τη βελτίωση της συνολικής εμπειρίας των πελατών.
  • Εγγύηση της καθαριότητας και της καλή κατάστασης όλων των χώρων του ξενοδοχείου.
  • Εκτέλεση άλλων καθηκόντων όπως ζητηθεί από τη διοίκηση.

Requirements

  • Γνώση της ελληνικής και αγγλικής γλώσσας.
  • Επικοινωνιακές και οργανωτικές ικανότητες.
  • Υπευθυνότητα και δυναμική προσέγγιση στην εργασία.
  • Ευελιξία και ικανότητα να εργάζεστε σε διαφορετικά περιβάλλοντα και βάρδιες.
  • Ομαδικό πνεύμα και προσανατολισμός στον πελάτη.
