Du nimmst nicht einfach nur Anrufe entgegen – du bist der digitale Held für eine der kultigsten Luxus-Automarken der Welt. Jeden Tag wartet ein neues Rätsel darauf, von dir gelöst zu werden, damit VIP-Fahrer sicher, vernetzt und entspannt unterwegs sind.

Dein Tag im Überblick:

  • Connected Mobility & Smart Tech: Du hilfst Fahrern dabei, ihr Smartphone mit ihrem Mercedes-Benz zu koppeln, die Mercedes me App zu nutzen, digitale Extras zu aktivieren, Live-Traffic einzurichten und das volle Potenzial ihres Autos zu entfalten.
  • Pannenhilfe & Lebensretter: Der Retter in der Not! Wenn ein Fahrer eine Panne hat, bist du mit schnellem, empathischem 24/7-Support Stelle – du koordinierst den Abschleppdienst und sorgst dafür, dass alle sicher ans Ziel kommen.
  • VIP Customer Service: Du kümmerst dich um First-Class-Anfragen wie Werkstatttermine, Garantiefragen oder Kundenanliegen und sorgst dafür, dass sich jeder Kunde wie ein echter VIP fühlt.

(Keine Panik: Im Training startest du mit 2 Kernskills und wirst Schritt für Schritt zum absoluten 3-Skill-Profi ausgebildet!)

Requirements

🎧 Das bringst du mit

  • Sprachtalent: Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (C1) – besonders wenn du aus der DACH-Region stammst – sowie solides Englisch für das Tagesgeschäft (B2).
  • Tech- & Smartphone-Affinität: iOS und Android sind für dich kein Neuland. Du weißt genau, wie man einen mobilen Hotspot einrichtet und erklärst Software-Schritte ganz entspannt.
  • Lösungsorientiert & Empathisch: Du bleibst auch in kniffligen Situationen ruhig und freundlich (z. B. wenn jemand mit einer Panne am Straßenrand steht).
  • Flinke Finger: Tippgeschwindigkeit von mindestens 25 WPM mit guter Genauigkeit.
  • Keine Vorerfahrung? Kein Problem! Du erhältst ein voll bezahltes, erstklassiges Training, das dich perfekt auf den Job vorbereitet.
