W Pareto Publishing zajmujemy się tworzeniem rozwiązań IT w zakresie e-mail marketingu. A teraz jeszcze budujemy coś nowego: content team skoncentrowany na rynku Investor Relations w Stanach Zjednoczonych dla dedykowanych kampanii mailingowych.

Szukamy kogoś, kto pomoże nam w tym zakresie i dodatkowo wesprze naszego CEO oraz managera ds. email marketingu w codziennych operacyjnych tematach (dlatego też ta rola nazywa się Virtual Assistant).

Co będziesz robić? 👩🏻‍💻

  • Wsparcie managera email marketingu: research, przygotowywanie materiałów, lekka edycja angielskojęzycznych treści
  • Wsparcie zespołu IT: np. w komunikacji z zewnętrznymi partnerami lub researchu
  • Wsparcie HR / obsługa pipeline'u rekrutacyjnego: koordynacja kandydatów, umawianie rozmów z kandydatami
  • Komunikacja z zewnętrznymi współpracownikami przez Slack i e-mail
  • Weryfikowanie podstawowych faktur od partnerów
  • Zarządzanie kalendarzem i umawianie spotkań CEO

Krótko mówiąc, szukamy kogoś, kto ogarnia, mówi dobrze po angielsku, i potrafi skutecznie korzystać z popularnych modeli językowych do optymalizacji czasu pracy. Długoterminowo widzielibyśmy dla takiej osoby ścieżkę rozwoju Project Managera.

Czego oczekujemy? 👀

  • Bardzo dobry angielski pisany / mówiony (C1+): dużo komunikacji z zagranicą, treści po angielsku są na porządku dziennym.
  • Swoboda z narzędziami: Slack, Notion, Google Calendar, Canva, Claude, i podobnymi.
  • Zainteresowanie AI jako narzędziem do pracy: chcemy kogoś, kto faktycznie bierze pod uwagę temat optymalizacji czasu pracy. Najpierw w kontekście swoim, potem w kontekście procesów wewnętrznych.
  • Lekkie pióro: Nie musisz być copywriterem, ale mogą się pojawić czasami wrzutki contentowe, przy których będziemy potrzebowali Twojej pomocy. Jeśli masz zaplecze contentowe / SEO - to jest ogromny plus!
  • Dostępność od poniedziałku do piątku 40 godzin: większość zespołu pracuje od 09:00 do 17:00, ale jesteśmy dosyć elastyczni. Jeśli uważasz, że taka dostępność może być trudna do osiągnięcia, to ogłoszenie może nie być dla Ciebie.
