The posting

Outsourcing Advantage is seeking a highly organized and motivated part-time Virtual Assistant to join our team. In this role, you'll support our clients by managing various administrative tasks designed to enhance productivity and streamline operations. This part-time position requires approximately 20 hours of work per week and is perfect for someone with excellent multitasking skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong ability to work independently. If you're a self-starter with strong administrative skills, we'd love to hear from you

Responsibilities

  • Manage and Organize Leaders emails, respond to email independently only escalating high priority messages only.
  • Handle data entry, document management, and maintain organized records.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Assist in project management by tracking progress and providing weekly status updates
  • Enter and correctly categorize financial accurately then generate and provide basic reporting
  • Vendor and Property management with related admin of documents
  • Support personal development with regular check-ins and utilize various software tools to enhance productivity and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. at least at a level of C1 Advanced
  • Experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) and basic bookkeeping (accounting)
  • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and remain self-motivated.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
