INAUTALENT accompagne des groupes industriels et de services présents au Gabon dans leurs recrutements stratégiques : automobile, distribution, négoce, supply chain, finance & administration, technique, management opérationnel.

Ce vivier est dédié aux candidates et candidats gabonais (résidents ou diaspora) ainsi qu'aux professionnels expatriés ayant un projet structuré de repatriation au Gabon — Libreville et province.

Nous y centralisons les profils de cadres et managers expérimentés (5 à 25 ans d'expérience) souhaitant être tenus informés des opportunités à venir chez nos clients : groupes industriels du secteur transport / automobile / agroalimentaire / services, PME en croissance, filiales locales de groupes internationaux.

Types de postes ciblés (non exhaustif) : Direction Générale de filiale · Responsable Administratif & Financier (RAF) · Responsable Négoce / Approvisionnement / Stocks · Responsable Commercial · Responsable Technique & SAV · Responsable Supply Chain · Country Manager · Directeur d'Agence.

Requirements

Nationalité gabonaise OU origine gabonaise avec projet de repatriation structuré (≤ 24 mois)

Niveau bac+3 minimum (école de commerce, ingénieur, université)

Expérience professionnelle confirmée : 5 à 25 ans, dont au moins 3 ans en responsabilité managériale ou en pilotage de projet

Maîtrise du français (langue de travail) ; anglais professionnel valorisé

Connaissance de l'environnement économique gabonais / sous-régional (Afrique Centrale) appréciée

Mobilité confirmée vers Libreville ou province (Port-Gentil, Franceville, Moanda, Lambaréné)

Capacité à s'engager dans la durée (≥ 3 ans) sur un projet professionnel au Gabon
