As a Waiter / Waitress, you will play a key role in shaping the dining experience of our guests. Through attentive service, menu knowledge, and genuine hospitality, you help turn every meal into a memorable moment. Your role blends professionalism, communication, and pace — ensuring that service flows smoothly while maintaining high standards of quality.

Requirements

What you’ll do

  • Welcome and serve guests with a friendly, professional approach
  • Take and relay orders accurately to the kitchen or bar
  • Present the menu, make recommendations, and answer guest questions
  • Maintain clean, organized dining areas at all times
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen staff and fellow team members
  • Process bills and payments efficiently and accurately
  • Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards
  • Address guest requests or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
