La figura di occuperà di servire gli ospiti, accompagnarli al tavolo e svolgere il servizio al tavolo secondo gli standard dell'hotel, in modo cortese ed efficiente. Assistere inoltre nella manutenzione e nella pulizia dell'area ristorante e delle attrezzature.

Cosa farai

1. Servizio e Gestione dell'Ospite

Accoglienza e Assistenza: Accogliere cortesemente gli ospiti, accompagnarli al tavolo, indirizzarli ai servizi e fornire informazioni su struttura e attrazioni locali.

Cura dell'Esperienza: Anticipare i bisogni dei clienti, mantenere relazioni positive, gestire la sala e risolvere tempestivamente eventuali reclami.

Prenotazioni: Rispondere al telefono, prendere, registrare e confermare le prenotazioni o cancellazioni al ristorante.

2. Servizio di Sala, Cibo e Bevande

Servizio al Tavolo: Ritirare i piatti dalla cucina, servire cibo e bevande, assicurare le giuste posate per ogni portata e rabboccare i bicchieri.

Caffetteria e Sommellerie: Preparare e servire tè e caffè; stappare e servire bottiglie di vino e champagne.

Menu e Carta dei Vini: Mantenere un'ottima conoscenza di piatti (ingredienti, preparazioni, temperature), liquori, birre e dei principali vini/champagne al calice.

Operatività di Sala: Conoscere la disposizione dei tavoli, la capienza della sala, il dress code e le regole di mise en place.

3. Operazioni di Apertura, Chiusura e Amministrazione

Mantenimento della Sala: Preparare il ristorante prima del servizio e mantenere costantemente pulite, igienizzate e ordinate le postazioni e le attrezzature.

Sistemi di Cassa e Gestionale: Utilizzare il sistema Micros, gestire correttamente i pagamenti (contanti e carte) e compilare i report di chiusura a fine turno.

Supporto Management: Assistere l’F&B Manager nei compiti amministrativi e nella strutturazione del menu.

Requirements

  • Pregressa esperienza in un ristorante gourmet e/o strutture alberghiere di alto livello
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
  • Conoscenze informatiche di base
  • Preferibile diploma di scuola superiore, con eventuali studi universitari
