Αναζητάμε Warehouse Admin με εξειδίκευση στο κύκλωμα των επιστροφών (Reverse Logistics). Ο/Η κάτοχος της θέσης θα είναι ο συνδετικός κρίκος ανάμεσα στη φυσική παραλαβή και τη συστημική τακτοποίηση, διασφαλίζοντας ότι κάθε επιστροφή διαχειρίζεται με απόλυτη ακρίβεια.

Καθημερινά καθήκοντα:

  • Διαχείριση WMS & Αποθεμάτων: Καταχώρηση και δήλωση όλων των επιστρεφόμενων προϊόντων στο μηχανογραφικό σύστημα
  • Ποιοτικός Έλεγχος: Αξιολόγηση της κατάστασης των προϊόντων και κατηγοριοποίησή τους (προς μεταπώληση, ελαττωματικά ή προς καταστροφή)
  • Inventory Update: Διαρκής ενημέρωση των αποθεμάτων σε πραγματικό χρόνο για την πλήρη ταύτιση φυσικού και λογιστικού αποθέματος
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Παρακολούθηση της ροής από τις μεταφορικές εταιρείες και σύνταξη αναφορών (reporting) για τον όγκο και την αιτιολογία των επιστροφών
  • Συντονισμός & Επικοινωνία: Συνεργασία με την ομάδα των Receivers και απευθείας επικοινωνία με τους αποθέτες για την επίλυση θεμάτων που αφορούν τα προϊόντα τους

Requirements

  • Προϋπηρεσία σε περιβάλλον αποθήκης ή Logistics, θα εκτιμηθεί θετικά η γνώση συστημάτων WMS (π.χ. Mantis, Aberon, Gallys κ.λπ.)
  • Καλή γνώση MS Excel για την εξαγωγή και επεξεργασία δεδομένων
  • Ικανότητα αποτελεσματικής επικοινωνίας και διαχείρισης διαφορών με συνεργάτες
  • Οργανωτικό πνεύμα, συνέπεια σε χρονοδιαγράμματα και έμφαση στη λεπτομέρεια
  • Κατοχή μέσου για την πρόσβαση στις εγκαταστάσεις μας στον Ασπρόπυργο
