The posting

Per una consolidata realtà italiana con forte presenza internazionale, leader nel settore impiantistico, stiamo selezionando un/una Warehouse Coordinator da inserire a supporto del team logistica e magazzino!

La risorsa opererà nel polo produttivo situato nella zona di Orzinuovi (BS), all'interno dell'area logistica e a coordinamento delle attività legate all'asservimento delle linee produttive.

Lavorerà su orario di giornata e coordinerà operativamente un team di 5 persone, collaborando a stretto contatto con i dipartimenti Produzione, Logistica, Acquisti, sia di questo che degli altri stabilimenti.

Nel dettaglio si occuperà di:

- Gestione e supervisione delle attività di asservimento linee produttive, coordinando le figure operativamente dedicate a queste attività;

- Organizzazione e programmazione dei flussi, del rispetto delle tempistiche e dei volumi definiti dalla pianificazione produzione;

- Registrazione, controllo e archiviazione della documentazione di magazzino, e della movimentazione merce, tramite sistemi informativi aziendali (SAP), garantendo l’aggiornamento contabile e fisico delle giacenze e delle attività di inventario;

- Controllo delle scorte, monitorando i livelli dei materiali a bordo linea per evitare carenze o accumuli eccessivi;

- Coordinamento con gli altri dipartimenti aziendali direttamente o indirettamente coinvolti nelle attività di logistica e magazzino, al fine di garantire il corretto flusso della merce in entrata, in lavorazione, e in uscita;

- Monitoraggio del rispetto delle procedure aziendali e delle normative di sicurezza, per le figure di cui sarà il coordinatore.

Prenderà inoltre attivamente parte a progetti, attualmente in fase di lancio, legati a:

- Snellimento dei processi;

- Ottimizzazione di tempi e metodi;

- Innovazione e miglioramento continui.

Requirements

Siamo alla ricerca di una persona che abbia i seguenti requisiti:

- Precedente e consolidata esperienza nella logistica, e nella gestione/coordinamento di un team di lavoro, all'interno di un contesto con elevata complessità organizzativa;

- Conoscenza approfondita dei processi logistici di magazzino;

- Ottima dimestichezza nell’utilizzo dei principali software di gestione magazzino (la conoscenza di SAP rappresenta un importante plus);

- Spiccate capacità organizzative, di gestione delle priorità e problem solving;

- Forte orientamento al risultato e spinta al miglioramento continuo;

- Carattere propositivo, con familiarità nell'analisi delle criticità e nella proposta e introduzione di azioni correttive;

- Buone doti relazionali e comunicative.
