Πώς θα συμβάλεις στο όραμα του FBS

Στο FBS δίνουμε μεγάλη αξία στην οργάνωση, την ακρίβεια και την ταχύτητα. Αναζητούμε δυναμικούς Team Leaders για να στελεχώσουν τα τμήματα Παραλαβών (Inbound) και Παραγγελιών (Outbound). Ως Leader, θα ηγηθείς της ομάδας σου, συντονίζοντας είτε τη διαδικασία εισαγωγής εμπορευμάτων και ποιοτικού ελέγχου είτε τη ροή προετοιμασίας παραγγελιών μέσω του συστήματος AutoStore. Ο ρόλος είναι δια ζώσης με κυλιόμενο ωράριο εργασίας, και οι αποθήκες μας βρίσκονται σε έναν μοντέρνο, υψηλής τεχνολογίας χώρο στον Ασπρόπυργο, βασισμένο στις αξίες και την κουλτούρα της Skroutz!

Η καθημερινότητά σου μαζί μας (Καθήκοντα):

  • Γενική Ηγεσία & Συντονισμός: Καθημερινή διαχείριση, καθοδήγηση και παρακίνηση της ομάδας ευθύνης σου
  • Διατμηματική Συνεργασία: Στενή επικοινωνία με τα τμήματα Admins, Operations και IT για τη διασφάλιση της αδιάλειπτης ροής εργασιών
  • Ποιότητα & Ασφάλεια: Επίβλεψη της τήρησης των προτύπων ποιοτικού ελέγχου, της σωστής συσκευασίας και των κανόνων ασφαλείας στο χώρο

Τμήμα Παραλαβών (Inbound):

  • Συντονισμός παραλαβών από εμπόρους (merchants) και επίβλεψη ποιοτικού/ποσοτικού ελέγχου
  • Χρήση WMS για την ακριβή καταγραφή του αποθέματος και την άμεση επίλυση αποκλίσεων
  • Διαχείριση email και επικοινωνία με συνεργάτες για την επίλυση θεμάτων παραλαβής

Τμήμα Παραγγελιών (Outbound):

  • Διαχείριση και βελτιστοποίηση διεργασιών μέσω του συστήματος AutoStore
  • Προγραμματισμός ροών παραγγελιών για τη διασφάλιση των SLAs και παρακολούθηση των KPIs (ταχύτητα/ακρίβεια)
  • Άμεση επίλυση εμπλοκών στη γραμμή προετοιμασίας

Requirements

  • Επαγγελματική Εμπειρία: Τουλάχιστον 2 χρόνια εμπειρίας σε ρόλο ευθύνης/leadership σε τμήμα παραλαβών (inbound), παραγγελιών, logistics ή operations αποθήκης, καθώς και αποδεδειγμένη εμπειρία σε διαδικασίες ποσοτικού και ποιοτικού ελέγχου αποθέματος (για τις παραλαβές)
  • Τεχνικές Γνώσεις: Εμπειρία σε συστήματα διαχείρισης αποθήκης (WMS), ERP ή/και στη χρήση αυτοματοποιημένων συστημάτων αποθήκης
  • Ηγετικές Δεξιότητες: Αποδεδειγμένη ικανότητα διοίκησης, παρακίνησης και ανάπτυξης ομάδας
  • Οργανωτικά Χαρακτηριστικά & Soft Skills: Ισχυρές οργανωτικές δεξιότητες, προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια, ικανότητα επίλυσης προβλημάτων, πνεύμα συνεργασίας, ομαδικότητα, προσαρμοστικότητα σε γρήγορους ρυθμούς εργασίας και πελατοκεντρική αντίληψη
  • Δυνατότητα εργασίας σε πρόγραμμα κυλιόμενου ωραρίου
