Washout Laborer – $15/Hour to Start | Up to $19/Hour

IMMEDIATE OPENINGS | NO INTERVIEW REQUIRED | FULL-TIME

WSB Solutions is hiring dependable Washout Laborers for a busy 24/7 facility. No previous experience is required! If you're looking for steady work, weekly pay, paid training, and an opportunity to increase your pay, this could be a great fit.

Starting Pay: $15/hour Pay Opportunity: Up to $19/hour after requirements are met Schedule: 12-hour shifts Day Shift: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM Night Shift: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM

What You'll Do

  • Pull, move, and handle industrial hoses
  • Perform general labor duties around the facility
  • Work as part of a small team
  • Follow safety and job-site procedures
  • Complete paid OSHA training
  • Attend orientation before starting
  • Work outdoors and in a muddy, non-climate-controlled environment

What We're Looking For

We’re looking for people who are dependable, willing to work, able to follow directions, and comfortable performing physical labor. Previous construction, warehouse, industrial, labor, or outdoor work experience is helpful but not required.

This is a physically demanding position. Candidates must be comfortable working outside, handling hoses, standing for extended periods, and working 12-hour shifts. Open availability is preferred, but shift preferences will be considered when possible.
