Con sede a Treviglio e una presenza internazionale, il Gruppo è impegnato nell'innovazione e nello sviluppo di prodotti affidabili e di elevata qualità, in grado di migliorare la produttività e il lavoro quotidiano dei propri clienti.

All'interno del dipartimento di Innovation, il Digital Platform Team sviluppa soluzioni web e mobile a supporto di veicoli connessi, servizi di smart farming, diagnostica remota e prodotti digitali destinati a clienti, concessionari e utenti interni.

Siamo alla ricerca di un Web Development Manager che guidi il team e contribuisca all'evoluzione delle piattaforme digitali di SDF. Il ruolo combina leadership manageriale e responsabilità tecnica, garantendo lo sviluppo di soluzioni scalabili, sicure e di elevata qualità e promuovendo l'adozione di tecnologie innovative, incluse soluzioni basate sull'Intelligenza Artificiale laddove siano in grado di generare valore per il business e per gli utenti.

Responsabilità

  • Assumere la responsabilità end-to-end dell'ambito web, dalla definizione delle priorità tecniche fino alla delivery delle soluzioni.
  • Definire la direzione tecnica e le scelte architetturali, garantendo integrazioni scalabili e solide pratiche di sviluppo software.
  • Collaborare con Product Manager, stakeholder di business e team IT per definire la roadmap e migliorare qualità e coerenza dello sviluppo web.
  • Tradurre requisiti di prodotto ed esigenze di business in soluzioni software scalabili, includendo funzionalità basate sull'Intelligenza Artificiale per la diagnostica e il supporto tecnico quando apportano un valore concreto.
  • Supportare le integrazioni con piattaforme di veicoli connessi, sistemi aziendali e servizi digitali.

Requirements

  • Laurea in Informatica, Ingegneria Informatica o discipline affini.
  • Solido background full-stack e buona conoscenza delle moderne architetture web, delle applicazioni cloud-native e delle pratiche di sviluppo software.
  • Esperienza con tecnologie web moderne (React, TypeScript, SQL, Redis, Docker, GitLab CI/CD o equivalenti).
  • Esperienza pratica nell'utilizzo di strumenti di Intelligenza Artificiale nei processi di sviluppo software e nell'integrazione di funzionalità AI nei prodotti digitali.
  • Forte attenzione alla qualità del software, alla sicurezza e al miglioramento continuo.
  • Eccellenti capacità comunicative, di leadership e di gestione degli stakeholder.
  • Attitudine curiosa, proattiva e orientata alla collaborazione.
  • Buona conoscenza professionale della lingua inglese.

Condizioni di inserimento

La risorsa entrerà a far parte di un gruppo internazionale, solido e in continua evoluzione, in un ruolo dinamico che offre autonomia, responsabilità e concrete opportunità di crescita professionale.

La selezione è finalizzata all'inserimento di un/una Web Development Manager, con inquadramento non inferiore al livello B2 del CCNL Metalmeccanica Industria. È previsto un trattamento retributivo annuo lordo a partire da €45.000,00, con possibilità di definizione di un pacchetto economico superiore, in funzione dell'esperienza maturata, delle competenze tecniche e trasversali, del livello di autonomia e responsabilità richiesti dal ruolo e degli ulteriori elementi che saranno approfonditi durante l'iter di selezione.
