Objetivo del Proyecto

Asegurar la confiabilidad y disponibilidad de los vehículos públicos de Zoox mediante la identificación, diagnóstico y resolución de fallas eléctricas, electrónicas y de red. El enfoque principal es minimizar el tiempo de inactividad de la flota, mejorar la seguridad y optimizar el rendimiento del sistema a través de un análisis de causa raíz (RCA) riguroso y la implementación de soluciones correctivas. El proyecto busca crear un puente efectivo entre los equipos de ingeniería de diseño y los técnicos de operaciones de la flota, garantizando que los problemas críticos se resuelvan de manera eficiente y que las lecciones aprendidas se integren en futuras iteraciones de diseño.

Requirements

Habilidades Específicas

Experiencia en herramientas CAN: Uso avanzado de herramientas como Vector CANalyzer, CANoe o PCAN para monitorear tráfico, inyectar señales y diagnosticar la salud de la red.

Análisis de datos de vehículos: Capacidad para interpretar logs de vehículos y reconstruir eventos de falla.

Lectura de esquemáticos eléctricos: Habilidad para leer y entender diagramas de cableado complejos.

Uso de equipos de diagnóstico: Manejo de multímetros, osciloscopios, analizadores lógicos y herramientas de banco.

Reparación de arneses de cableado: Conocimiento de procesos estándar de reparación y capacidad para demostrar y capacitar a técnicos.

Metodologías RCA: Aplicación práctica de metodologías como 8D, 5 Whys, diagramas de Ishikawa y Análisis de Árbol de Fallas.

Actividades del Puesto

Diagnóstico y Resolución de Problemas:

Actuar como punto de escalación final para problemas eléctricos, electrónicos y de red en vehículos.

Utilizar herramientas CAN y equipos avanzados para diagnosticar fallas.

Analizar datos de registro para identificar fallas a nivel de sistema.

Documentar procedimientos de diagnóstico estandarizados.

Análisis de Causa Raíz (RCA):

Liderar investigaciones cross-funcionales para fallas sistémicas o de alta gravedad.

Implementar acciones de contención temporal y soluciones permanentes.

Presentar hallazgos a equipos de ingeniería para mejorar el diseño.

Mantener documentación detallada y dar seguimiento a la efectividad de las soluciones.

Colaboración y Mentoría:

Trabajar directamente con técnicos para guiar reparaciones complejas.

Traducir conceptos de ingeniería complejos a lenguaje accesible para técnicos.

Recopilar retroalimentación de técnicos para mejorar el diseño y el software de diagnóstico.

Capacitar a técnicos en el uso de herramientas CAN, multímetros, osciloscopios y protocolos de seguridad.
