  • Be the Brand Oracle: Serve as the go-to expert for Danish-speaking customers via calls, emails, and chat. Whether they need help choosing the right hair styling attachment or figuring out their smart vacuum, you’ve got the answers.
  • Get Hands-On With Cool Tech: You won’t just talk about products; you’ll know them inside out. You’ll troubleshoot gadget queries, handle order tracking, and solve after-sales questions like a pro.
  • Deliver Good Energy: Turn customer confusion into "wow, thank you so much!" moments with smooth, friendly, and solution-focused support.

Requirements

  • The Voice: You speak and write Danish at a native/fluent level (C1+) and can easily communicate in English for internal training and team hangs.
