As we continue to grow and evolve, we are looking for a motivated Workplace & People Specialist who wants to play a part in how our people have a great workplace experience.

The role

As we grow, our Athens office (40 people) needs someone who keeps the workplace running smoothly and gives our people reliable, caring support on the practical side of their employment. In this role you combine two things: running the office day to day, and handling the people-operations admin that makes every joiner and employee request go smoothly. You will be the first point of contact in Athens for workplace questions, working closely with our Head of HR and our vendors. It is a varied, hands-on role for someone who likes order, people and getting things done.

What you will be doing

Workplace & office operations

  • Run the office day to day: facilities coordination, supplies, tidiness, equipment and fixes with technicians
  • Support office changes and expansion projects, including internet and infrastructure needs with providers
  • Manage local vendors: contracts, hardware orders and follow-up
  • Coordinate health & safety requirements with our external providers and keep the records up to date
  • Plan and run office events, from team gatherings to town hall logistics

People operations & administration

  • Administer local benefits with our vendors and answer employees' practical questions about them
  • Support local compliance administration together with HR and our external partners
  • Run onboarding and offboarding tasks: desk, equipment, access, paperwork and a warm welcome on day one along with their manager

Requirements

What we are looking for

  • 2+ years of experience in office management, people operations or a similar combination
  • Fluent Greek and English, written and spoken
  • Highly organized and reliable: you keep many small tasks, vendors and deadlines under control
  • Discreet and trustworthy: you handle contracts, personal data and confidential matters with care
  • A warm, service-minded communicator who people feel comfortable approaching
  • Comfortable with digital tools: HR systems, spreadsheets and shared documents
  • Hands-on and practical: no task is too small when it keeps the office and our people running
