💼 Your Main Tasks:

• Εξυπηρέτηση Πελατών: Υποδοχή και επικοινωνία με τους πελάτες, επεξήγηση της τιμολογιακής πολιτικής και καθοδήγηση σχετικά με το gameplay των μηχανημάτων.

• Διαχείριση Ταμείου: Διεκπεραίωση συναλλαγών και σωστή χρήση των συστημάτων του καταστήματος.

• Floor Care & Prizes: Επιμελές γέμισμα των prizes στα μηχανήματα, ώστε να είναι πάντα έτοιμα για τους παίκτες.

• Operations: Έλεγχος της σωστής λειτουργίας των μηχανημάτων και άμεση ενημέρωση της τεχνικής ομάδας σε περίπτωση βλάβης.

🎯 Requirements:

• Επικοινωνία: Ευχέρεια στον προφορικό λόγο, ευγένεια, επαγγελματισμός και πάθος για την εξυπηρέτηση του κοινού.

• Γλώσσες: Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών (επίπεδο C1–C2).

• Tech Friendly: Εξοικείωση με συστήματα ταμείου ή χρήση PDA.

• Flexibility: Δυνατότητα εργασίας σε κυλιόμενες βάρδιες (το κατάστημα λειτουργεί Δευτέρα-Κυριακή)

• Ομαδικό πνεύμα, συνέπεια και διάθεση για εργασία.

• Προϋπηρεσία στο χώρο του retail ή της διασκέδασης θα θεωρηθεί extra προσόν.
