Join Our Pack

From a bold idea to revolutionising dog food, Years has grown into a fast-scaling business dedicated to helping dogs live longer, healthier lives. In just 3 years, we've built a great start-up business, serving thousands of happy customers, all while striving to achieve our mission.

Our goal? To give dog owners a better, fresher, and healthier way to feed their pets. We provide human-cut, personalized meals designed to support each dog's unique needs, delivered straight to their door - no preservatives, no compromises, just real nutrition. You can find our customers across the UK, with future ambitions to scale internationally and continue transforming how people care for their dogs.

Your Mission

You'll keep our yard and external site areas clean, tidy, and well-organised, making sure waste is managed properly and equipment is stored safely. This is a genuinely hands-on role that plays a real part in keeping the site safe, compliant, and running smoothly, day in and day out. You'll work within our Hygiene and Warehouse team, helping keep the wider site safe, clean, and organised from the outside in, reporting to the Operations Manager and taking real ownership of the yard's day-to-day cleanliness and organisation - a role where your work genuinely sets the tone for the rest of the site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bale cardboard and plastic waste using the equipment provided, ensuring bales are properly formed, secured, and ready for collection
  • Keep the skip area tidy at all times, making sure waste goes into the right skip and the surrounding area stays clear
  • Keep the yard clean and tidy throughout the shift, clearing debris, litter, and waste as it builds up
  • Collect unused tarpaulins from around the site and store them properly in the designated area
  • Tidy equipment away after use, making sure everything is returned to its correct storage spot
  • Quickly flag any damaged equipment, overflowing skips, or hygiene issues to the Shift/Hygiene Manager
  • Follow site health & safety procedures at all times, including the safe use of baling equipment and manual handling
  • Pitch in on wider hygiene and housekeeping tasks across the site as needed

Requirements

What You'll Bring

  • Comfortable using baling equipment - or keen to learn
  • Good at organising and prioritising your own workload
  • A solid understanding of manual handling and safe lifting practices
  • Happy working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Reliable, punctual, and consistent - someone the team can count on
  • Takes real pride in keeping a clean, organised work area
  • Practical and hands-on, with the confidence to work independently
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Safety-conscious, and quick to flag hazards or issues

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
