ZASTĘPCA KIEROWNIKA SKLEPU

ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

· Zarządzanie sklepem podczas nieobecności Kierownika

· Planowanie i organizacja pracy zespołu

· Motywowanie zespołu

· Nadzór nad prawidłowym przebiegiem procesów i przestrzeganiem procedur w sklepie

· Zapewnienie zgodności standardów z wytycznymi centrali

Requirements

WYMAGANIA:

· Minimum 1 rok doświadczenia zawodowego na stanowisku Zastępcy Kierownika Sklepu lub 3-letnie doświadczenie jako Key Holder/Starszy Sprzedawca – preferowana branża modowa

· Umiejętność wyciągania wniosków na bazie KPIs i proponowania odpowiednich działań

· Doświadczenie w skutecznym motywowaniu i efektywnym zarządzaniu kilkuosobowym zespołem

· Znajomość trendów i mechanizmów działających na rynku sprzedaży detalicznej

· Znajomość podstaw prawa pracy mile widziana

· Entuzjazm, dynamizm w działaniu, komunikatywność, otwartość, łatwość nawiązywania relacji

· Zainteresowanie trendami modowymi

· Etyka biznesowa
