Η ICAP EMPLOYMENT SOLUTIONS, για λογαριασμό πελάτη της, κορυφαίου παρόχου ηλεκτρικής ενέργειας, αναζητά Σύμβουλο Πωλήσεων για να ενταχθεί στην ομάδα του καταστήματος, στη περιοχή της Λάρισας.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Μεριμνά για την άμεση εξυπηρέτηση, διαχείριση και επίλυση προβλημάτων πελατών με στόχο την μεγιστοποίηση της ποιοτικής εξυπηρέτησής τους.
  • Διεκπεραιώνει άμεση και ουσιαστική ενημέρωση των πελατών εντός του καταστήματος, σχετικά με τα προϊόντα Φυσικού Αερίου & Ηλεκτρισμού.
  • Καταχωρεί δεδομένα στο πληροφοριακό σύστημα, καταχωρεί και εκδίδει συμβάσεις προμήθειας, καταγγελίες συμβάσεων προμήθειας Φυσικού Αερίου και Ηλεκτρισμού.
  • Προωθεί αιτήματα πελατών στον αρμόδιο διαχειριστή δικτύου διανομής του αερίου ή/και ηλεκτρικής ενέργειας.
  • Διεκπεραιώνει αιτήσεις διακανονισμού, διαχείρισης παγίων εντολών, εκδίδει λογαριασμούς Φυσικού Αερίου & Ηλεκτρισμού.
  • Αποστέλλει στους πελάτες ενημερωτικές επιστολές για διάφορες εργασίες του Τομέα Εξυπηρέτησης Πελατών και διαχειρίζεται τηλεφωνική εξυπηρέτηση πελατών.
  • Συμμετέχει σε προωθητικές ενέργειες της εταιρεία, πραγματοποιεί εξόφληση – πληρωμή λογαριασμών μέσω P.O.S., προωθεί προϊόντα λιανικής και άλλων υπηρεσιών ενέργεια.

Requirements

  • 1-2 χρόνια επαγγελματικής εμπειρίας σε αντίστοιχη θέση.
  • Απόφοιτος/η Λυκείου.
  • Πανεπιστημιακός τίτλος σπουδών θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν.
  • Άριστη γνώση Η/Υ (MS Office, Internet).
  • Επιθυμητή γνώση συστήματος CRM.
  • Γνώση Αγγλικής γλώσσας θα εκτιμηθεί θετικά.
