Megbízónk a hazai és nemzetközi biztosítói szektor kiemelkedő szereplője, a Pénzügyi folyamatszervezési területre Üzleti projekt koordinátor és folyamatszervező munkatársat keres:

Kik vagyunk?

Egy piacvezető, nagy múltú, tőkeerős cég pénzügyi területének folyamatszervező csapata vagyunk. Feladatunk, hogy hatékony, modern és egyszerű pénzügyi folyamatokkal szolgáljuk ki ügyfeleinket, kollégáinkat. Nyitottak vagyunk a piaci újdonságokra és rendületlenül keressük az egyszerű, okos és gyors megoldásokat. Összetartó csapatként kreatív ötleteinkkel ösztönözzük, tudásunkkal támogatjuk egymást.

Feladataid lesznek:

  • a biztosító és leányvállalatainak pénzügyi és számviteli folyamatainak elemzése, optimalizálása, automatizálása, folyamat ellenőrzési pontok kialakítása, ezek monitorozása,
  • információk elemzése és javaslatok kidolgozása a folyamatok optimalizálására,
  • fejlesztési javaslatok megfogalmazása, egyeztetése az üzleti társosztályokkal,
  • informatikai fejlesztésekben az üzleti oldal képviselete a pénzügyi és számviteli folyamatok vonatkozásában, üzleti tesztelések szervezése, végrehajtása,
  • tervezett változtatások véleményezése pénzügyi és folyamat szakértői szemmel,
  • nemzetközi stratégiai projektben a pénzügyi és számviteli stream működésének koordinálása.

Requirements

Kit keresünk?

  • Logikusan és kritikusan gondolkodó, összetett folyamatokat is gyorsan átlátni képes szakértő kollégára van szükségünk, aki:
  • gazdasági szakirányú felsőfokú végzettséggel vagy minimum 2 év releváns szakmai tapasztalattal rendelkezik,
  • jártas nagyvállalati számviteli és pénzügyi folyamatokban, és az ezeket kiszolgáló vállalatirányítási rendszerek működésében (SAP tapasztalat előnyt jelent),
  • szeret rengeteget tanulni és fejlődni mind üzleti, mind IT technológiai szempontból,
  • készség szinten jól használja a MS Office alkalmazásokat, különösen az Excelt, Power Pointot, érti a számok mögötti üzleti tartalmat és be is tudja azt mutatni,
  • aktív angol nyelvtudással rendelkezik szóban és írásban egyaránt,
  • szereti a tiszta, egyszerű dolgokat, és folyamatokat,
  • munkáját precizitás, pontosság jellemzi,
  • jól kommunikál

Pozíció betöltése során előnyt jelent:

  • pénzügyi és számviteli folyamatok ismerete,
  • SQL alapismeret,
  • SAP felhasználói szintű ismerete,
  • üzleti elemzési tapasztalatok, módszertanok (Lean) ismerete,
  • projekt koordinációban szerzett tapasztalat.
